Time out - to just BE..
THIS is yoga. TIME OUT - TO JUST BE..
Who are you at the moment? Supportive friend? Strung-out parent? Frustrated partner? Stressed employee? Pressured boss? Anxious daughter/son? A sad you? A hyper-happy energised you?
What if all labels, emotions, attachments could just be let go, and we could literally JUST. BE. ?
No role as mother, partner, boss, friend.. Just a body. Heart pumping, lungs inflating and deflating as they know how. ‘Doing’ nothing.
How would that feel? Possibly a little scary at first as we do it so rarely. Take a break from the pressures and expectations of modern life. Reconnect to what you really need. Take time out to JUST. BE.
To me, THIS is yoga.
