God, isn’t the world sh*t sometimes? Work is hard/stressful, your boss is a ****, the kids are screaming, teenagers are grumpy, the person you like doesn’t like you back, you feel unfulfilled, you’ve developed a health issue, your body’s getting old, your country’s being ‘led’ by someone you didn’t choose, even our ‘surely she’s gonna live forever’ Queen has had enough.. )-: 

You need an ESCAPE!! Failing the possibility of jetting off to a desert island, the yoga mat (hey you don’t even need a mat) offers a SANCTUARY. Lie down on the floor, let the body, breath and mind work out how that feels and then..relaaaax. Everything else can wait. Yes it can. Yes, it really can. 

Prioritise you, even if only for 5 minutes. THIS is yoga.
