You need an antidote to..a crappy day, your constant tiredness, relationship trouble, feeling out of control, feeling stuck, the aches and pains, depression, hyper-anxiety, your busy mind that won’t - shut - up! The list could go on.
I strongly believe that a regular yoga practice can be the antidote to - everything!
I’m not making light of any of these things or suggesting they can be eliminated easily, but yoga gives us the tools to monitor ourselves - our feelings, our reactions and our awareness - and maybe, with time it allows us to still that busy mind.
